@Monchie Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Try to log out from the app, reboot your phone, and log back in. If it is still not showing; go to your phone settings, scroll until you find the Fitbit app and tap on it, then under "location" tap "while using the app" or "always". Try to use it again. There is also a third party app that can do this for you, it is called MapMyRun and you can link that with your Fitbit tracker.
