Hi, @PStockdale, yes you can. Track your run with your Surge using Run mode. When you choose "Run" the next screen offers "Free Run". Choose that, and you will see a satellite icon bottom left. Once your Surge has found the satellites (make sure you are outside) it will track your Run. Don't forget to stop your run when you are done. Afterwards, when you sync your Surge, your Run will appear on your exercise log with all your stats and will include a map of your run.
