Screen covered in condensation

Being a college student who took a chance to purchase what seemed like a great watch, I was proven completely wrong. I go to the gym reguarly and this "water resistant" watch does not hold true to standards. Woke up with the entirety of my screen covered in condensation, it's been two weeks and it hasn't dried out. I would go outside in the "summer heat" and my screen would overheat and malfunction. For what was a $250 watch when I wanted to buy it, it is not worth that, AT ALL. Never buying a Fitbit product ever again. Your touchscreen sucks to. Thanks for nothing.

@Rolltide1234try putting your Surge into a bowl of dry rice for 24 to 48 hours. You need to get the moisture out of it before charging it. Be sure to do a restart of the device.

See if that helps and let us know.

@Rolltide1234 The rice may dry the Surge out but the moisture will find its way in again and again because there is a defective seal. Customer Service may send you a replacement (if it's under warranty) but...
