Screen has condensation

I have only had my surge a few months and last weekend I was sweating alot during my workout and the screen got condensation on it. It won't swipe now and I cannot get the condensation to go away. I read some topic here and replacement is the only answer? Am I still under warranty? Please someone help me. It literally has only been about 6 months since my purchase.

That can be frustrating, sorry for your troubles.  Condensation does cause that non-swipe. Not a sealed product -- note the altimeter hole on the side. Good news it is a temporary issue.

Swiping will return once the moisture has evaporated, normally a day in a dry environment will do it.

There are water resistant models available if you have to be at sea or work in a humid environment regularly. Warranty details are best discussed with a customer service chat rep here.

Thanks for checking in.
