It won't let me set the correct time and I even logged on to Fitbit to pick the 12 and or the 24 hr it set to the 24 hr but is 2 hr late during the day and night. Also for some reason when I get up in am it will do ok tracking my steps then all of the sudden within a 1-2 hr time I'm already at 10,000 which is not possible from only having let's say 673 steps then shortly after I'm at 10,000. Has anyone had this happen? Does anyone know how to fix these issues?! If so I would greatly appreciate it! I don't want to take it back again! The first one I got just froze the day after purchase took it back now this one is having issues

Hello @Capri321 welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here. 🙂 Are you still experiencing this issue with your Surge?  If so have you reviewed if the time zone settings are correct? Also make sure to sync after changing this settings on your account.  Regarding your issue with steps, did you log any activity during this time? Where you wearing your tracker while this happened?

Looking forward to your new comments. Smiley Very Happy
