Setting up Surge without dongle

Got a replacement Surge due to warranty claim but cand find dongle from original surge. Can I set up through my account on fitbit  site ?

Hi, @Africa1962, you won't need the dongle if you are using the Windows 10 app on your computer and your computer has built in Blue Tooth.  You also won't need it if you do the set up via a compatible smartphone.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Welcome to the Forums @Africa1962! Just passing by to let you know that in case you want to keep syncing via USB port, you can buy another Wireless Dongle on the Fitbit Store. Although, honestly I think that it's best to follow @Julia_G's suggestions and keep syncing via Bluetooth if you have this option. Robot wink
