Setting up surge

I received my surge yesterday. It all connected up but once I selected it to update. My surge has now frozen on updating screen and my iOS devices can't find it on Bluetooth. Not a great start to this supposed brilliant watch!

@Monkey1988,

Hey there! If you're experiencing issues with setting up your Fitbit Surge™ tracker, you may need to use a Force Sync to unpause your update and find your tracker. You can force sync your tracker with the Fitbit Connect program for Mac, Mac 10.5 (does not support your model, sorry), Windows 10, Windows PC, and Windows XP.

Let me know how it goes Cat Wink

Thank you. Unfortunately I don't have any of those devices. It just won't locate it and it's still stuck on uploading

@Monkey1988 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! It's weird that your Surge got frozen when you tried to update it. I'd like you to try restarting your tracker as advised in Meylin's post in order to get your tracker refreshed internally. Once this has been done, try to sync it one more time.

Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around! Smiley Happy
