Fibit Surge will not start

I have got the app and a new Fibit Surge, but I can't get startet.

Surge just tells me "Let's get startet - Configuration ........" but when I start the app and ask for updating my tracker the app just tells me, that it can't be done because battery is allmost emty even though my tracker has been connectet to my computer for 3 hours by now. What do I do?

Somebody that knows what to do?

Hi, @ibrendanb , for the stationary bike I would choose "spinning".  There isn't a shortcut for rowing machine so you could just choose "workout" and then categorize it later.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

I use "workout" and it's fairly accurate
