Side Burton mot working anymore

Competely disapointed by my Surge. First it didn't syncro with the dongle. I bought a new phone and use Bluetooth to solve this problem.

It is not water resistant, only plain humidity will fog up the screen!

Now, the side button that is used to start and stop my exercise do not work anymore!! I began an exercise one time and could not stop it, I had to wait the battery to run out!! Anybody faced this problem?!

Seriousely, Fitbit looks great, but que quality is just not there!!

@MarcoGeo Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your feedback! Have you tried a restart on your Surge? (check @SunsetRunner's instructions on that post)  Also, make sure you have updated the tracker to its latest firmware version (check @SunsetRunner's steps once again). If you keep experiencing issues, follow @SunsetRunner's suggestions and contact customer support.
