Single workout (run) not synched

Last week, one of my workouts have not been logged and synched.

I am using Surge and the most recent version of the Android app with Galaxy S7. Synching using the Win 10 Application worked neither.

I finidhed the run and the stats have been displayed on the Surge. However, later I could not log the workout. Steps and so on were logged but not the workout as a run with its statistics.

Today, everything worked normal. Today's longjob was sucessfully logged. But the one from last week has still not been synchronized.

Is there a way to recover? What could have happened?

Hi there @p0llux! Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you had issues logging your workout for the last week 😕

This is not very common to happen so if it hasn't synced, I'm not sure there will be a way to get it back at the moment. If everything is working fine now, I would probably recommend to restart your tracker just to make sure. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, press any button to bring it back on and after that, keep an eye on your tracker and see if you experience any issue again with your workouts not syncing.

Let me know if you need any more help with this!
