Skipped recordings

Hi, In general, I'm loving my Fitbit Surge.  However, I noticed this morning that when I sync'd it had missed a cycle I did yesterday.  I'd done two cycles, home to destination, where upon I stopped teh surge and went about my business.  then on the return journey, I started the recording again.  I know I did it both ways.  It only recorded the homeward journey.  Both were over 25k and at a fairly steady 20kph.  Any ideas anyone?

I had similar issue this morning. After my workout, I had over 8000 steps and when I got to work by 9AM, my Surge was showing 1400 steps. I started a chat and was told to replace the software on the Surge.

On the menu, click on Devices, click on the "+" sign and then click on replace. That will update the software.

Thanks for that. Good to know I'm not on my own!

I've been trying to do the upgrade, but it keeps dropping.

Ill try again tomorrow.

Fair play to you, 8000 steps before work. Nice one.

It's great to see you around @Mardai24 and @Moose64 thanks for stopping by and the great tip! Woman Wink I would like to know if you keep having this inconvenience and if you have checked this information only on the Dashboard and if you have checked the activity tile too? If you haven't check the activity tile, I recommend checking it and see if the second exercise is there. In the meantime, to avoid this to happen again, I recommend restarting your Surge by following @MeylinP's instructions.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy
