I understand the notion of "time asleep" and 7-8 hours being ideal. But what do I do with the data from Sleep Quality? X times awake and X times restlessness... How do I reduce restlessness so as to get a better night sleep?

Sleeping in a different position helped me a lot, as well as spending 2-3 minutes thinking about my day with my eyes closed.

Welcome @BullittSF! To reduce your restless, you may want to switch your sleep settings from "Sensitive" to "Normal" This will decrease the sensitivity of your tracker while your sleep. You can do this from your Account Settings. @Evan16 thanks for your support.
Hope this helps.

Hi, it's already set to normal. Now that I know I sleep restlessly what do I do with that information?

Hello @BullittSF! Your restless state of sleep indicates that your body transitioned from a very restful position with little movement to movement, such as turning over in bed. This doesn't necessarily mean that you were fully awake or cognizant of your movements, but it may indicate that you were not getting the most restful sleep possible at that time.
When your tracker indicates that you are moving so much that restful sleep would not be possible, your sleep graph will indicate that you were awake.
Good luck!
