Sleep Tile Blank

Thanks in advance for any advice. Problem I seem to be having is the sleep tile on the dashboard is Blank.  I know it is tracking it because I can still get to the data directly from the log and even on the " See More " tab on the tile itself. I have tried re-syncing, Removing and replacing the tile and have the latest software update. Thanks again and if it just does not work I'll remove it from the dash.

Hi @RWDillin, welcome to the Community. Woman Happy Ok let me give you a hand on this. So when you say that the sleep tile is blank, do you mean that there is no info about your sleep like this:

If that is the case can you please post an screenshot of your actual sleep tile to see how it looks like. And in the meantime I would like to suggest you something, try to clean your browser cache by following these instructions.

I'll be looking for your response. Have a good day!

Hey @Fazakerley welcome to the Forums! Thanks for try the instructions I previously mentioned, it seems that they helped @RWDillin to solved this issue with the sleep tile. Thanks for letting me know @RWDillin.

Now @Fazakerley, since you already tried that, could you please try to use a different Internet browser to log in to your Fitbit account? and let me know if the normal sleep tile.

I'll be around. Keep me posted. Robot Very Happy

Good call, I opened Fitbit Sync in Google Chrome and the sleep tile had all of the information on it.

Thanks,

Fazakerley
