Sleep Tracking Stopped Working and no longer available in iOS app

I used to be able to see my sleep tracking on my ios app as well as my previous android device app. It's gone from the app dashboard and there is no way to add it. I checked my online dashboard at fitbit.com and that does not seem to be tracking either.  I have a Surge. I do not like the new app at all, I prefer the older version. The sleep tracker stopped tracking on May 18th 2016.

Last time I ever received a low battery email was on 4/30/16. just like the sleep tracker it just went away.

I figured out what happened in my case, my new phone had lost the device. I setup again and all is good, still waiting to see if the low battery emails begin working again.

Hello.  I have the same problem as Meri-Meri - - - SLEEP TRACKING STOPPED WORKING AND NO LONGER AVAILABLE IN IOS APP.   I don't see an actual solution in anyone's responses.

My sleep data was displaying on my phone app and on my fitbit.com account dashboard from February when I got the Charge HR fitbit until May 14.  Then, the sleep data stopped displaying.

What must I do to get the sleep to display again?  Please advise.  This is a key feature for me.  Thank you!

Check to see if your Fitbit is still showing up as a connected device. Mine was missing, possibly due to an update. I then added it and it worked perfectly fine after that. Let me know if that worked for you

Thanks.  My account shows my Charge HR device.  And it displays all of the other stats in the Dashboard (steps, miles, floors, etc....)   But it does not show the sleep stats since May 14.  What can be done?  Thanks for any help you can offer.

Maybe try removing the device and then restart your iPhone. Then try adding your device and see if sleep tracking comes back

Hey @Jonesy64! I noticed that @MIAOHLB kindly provided some useful troubleshooting steps. Additionally, have you tried restarting your tracker? That should do the trick!

Many thanks for your help!

See you! Woman Wink
