Split band

My band has split between the 2 screws on the back. Has anyone has this issue. I track everything through my surge and don't want to be with out but fear I will lose it as break is getting bigger

There have been quite a few posts from people with problems with their Surge band.

 

Are you still within warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe).

 

If you are still covered then contact customer support as they may be able to replace it for you:
