Stairclimber Data Error

When I exercised on the stairclimber, I went for 20 Minutes, 65 floors, my average heart rate was 119 bpm, but the results only showed 24 steps. What is wrong? Everything seemed to be working properly.      Rayboy

Were you holding on to the bars?

 

Stair-climbing is also slow so the steps will never be accurate

I was so it showed my heart beat. Also my watch showed total distance as .01 miles

You will not get distance for a stair climber. You are not going anywhere

 

You will not get floors either. You are not going up 10 feet in elevation
