Strap seperated from tracker

I looked down today, and suddenly my surge was hanging off of my wrist! The band has separated from the tracker itself. I'd post some pics here, but it seems that the forum doesn't make it easy to upload an image. Is there any sort of warranty or recall with this happening?

@sparky00 If your Surge is under warranty it should be covered. Give Customer Service a call. A "recall"? No. If your warranty has expired but the Surge is otherwise good, Amazon sells replacement bands and YouTube shows you how to do it. Good luck.
