Strap separated #2 surge

Hello everyone, my surge HR fitbit strap just recently broke on me. The one that recently broke was my first watch due to the fact it had formed air bubbles. I called customer support and they mailed me a new fitbit a few weeks later. Few months after my new one the strap broke. I then switched to my first one and now the strap on this one broke. Does anyone know if I still qualify for a new one? Or am I out of luck?.

@Hiram_19 Customer Service can answer that question. The warranty period is from the first purchase regardless of how many replacements you've had. Good luck.
