Stuck in configuration

I just got a brand New surge fitbit, I am trying to set it up but the watch is stuck on configuration go to fitbit.com/set up. I down loaded the app on my phone and turned my blue tooth on. Still not working. What do I do?

If the setup is not working on your phone it might be because it is not supported by fitbit. You can check here:

 

www.fitbit.com/devices

 

Are you able to setup the fitbit on a computer using the wireless dongle and downloading the software from www.fitbit.com/setup ?

 

How far through the setup process did you get before it stopped?

I got to the part where it says turn on watch. And the watch won't turn on or connect to my phone . And my phone is on the list that says it will work

I was having the same problem for hrs. Finally I dowloaded the old fitbit connect program for pc that my new surge told me to delete.

It stated working right away,

I found it on an existing post on either this forum or another. It was an older pc version of one connect that I had on my pc previous to this new one. The new one had me uninstall it but as soon as I reinstalled it. It worked right away.
