Tried to set up new surge. It said it would take about 10 mins on the app, nothing happened for over an hour. Surge now only displays logo and updating bar about 1/5th full. Tried resetting, only comes back to update screen with the progress bar empty but will fill up to about 1/5th again.
Iphone app also now can't find the fitbit
Any help appreciated 🙂

maybe try restarting the surge

I've tried that unfortunately when turned back on it just comes up with the updating screen.

that's sad, but you know you can contact the fitbit team for help: http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs try that it'll help

VERY sad, as I am having the same experience and wasted 45 minutes on phone support.
