Suggestion: Medical ID.

I have recently had a stroke and I have been searching for a decent medical ID band which made me think of my fitbit Surge. I think it could be a really useful feature to have a medical ID screen. I wear my fitbit surge all the time and if I were to have another stroke, someone could find the information on the screen easily. What do you think?

Fitbit devices are not medical devices.

Medical device : other regulation, other responsability for the supplier.

I never said it was but as it's a personal device a function to enable medical professionals to conditions would be of great assistance, why would this be an issue to you??

Check out Road ID. https://www.roadid.com/c/FitnessTrackerIDs They make custom alert notification plates for wearables including all the Fitbits. The first responder doesn't need know to check a screen, they have the info. right there. They are a great if you run or hike alone or have an allergy someone might need to know. I have asthma and this way anyone can find out I have an inhaler ASAP.  Also if I was hurt they could contact my husband.

@Kittkattt welcome to the forums! Actually, @SunsetRunner is right, Fitbit isn't a medical device and should not be used as one.

@Emiliefair great suggestion! Hope to see you around more often. Cat Tongue
