Brand new Surge, can't use it until it updates, won't update. What gives? If the advice is to try it out on multiple devices, restart it etc - then all of these have been done without success. Back to the store tomorrow if it doesn't work soon...

Hi Community,
New surge user here, coming from a Microsoft Band. Anyone else having issues getting updates to complete on their Surge?
Can't use it until the update is applied, won't apply update. Bit of a catch 22 really. I'll just return it for a Garmin if I can't get it working.
