Surge Band Broke

After reading several complaints about the Surge's band breaking I can assume I'm out of luck as well. I'm not sure what the warranty is but I got mine for Christmas. I have no receipt.

I forgot to ask. Why isn't there replacement bands available? I see 4 tiny allen screws and I assume these are for the band?

I just spoke with customer service. They were very helpful and are replacing my watch.

Welcome to the forums @StevieStrong! Unfortunately the Fitbit Surge does not have replaceable bands since it's a complete unit.
