I got my Fitbit surge second hand but was relatively new overall. I’ve only had it for a couple months and the person before me for about a year. No damages on it to contribute to battery draining quick. The battery last for 30 mins so and then it just dies. How to replace its battery?

Welcome top the forums!
I'm sorry but the batteries can not be replaced.
This person does repairs and batteries if you want to check them out.
Hope to see you around!

Thanks WendyB!
Actually I was forgot to mentioned that I am from Ahmedabad city of India and looking help from my location. So, is Joe's Repair support at this location?

Joe's support should have contact info. Especially if a person needs to mail the unit to them.
If you search Amazon, you will find kits to replace the battery.
As for battery life, allowing the battery to get to hot, leaving it on the charger to long. Leaving the battery in a dead state
Letting the power get below 30% or much above 80% may all be damaging.
