Surge does not pair

I have  Versa 2 for the daily and night  wearing. But for running I want to use my Surge.

Last time my Surge was synced a year ago. 

Now I cannot pair it to my Iphone. I keep confirming the numbers from the Surge. But pairing is not successful. Tried many times.

Versa 2 is paired and works well.

I do not need any music control on the Surge. Just to see a correct time. And to see distance and heart rate when running.
