Surge Bluetooth pair option

My surge bluetooth pairing option has disappeared, it is only giving me off and on options on my watch, I have powered off.

Any ideas

Hi @RobynMcM thanks for reaching out the Forums, welcome.

 

Thanks for powering of your Surge. This option is used to connect to Music Control, this doesn't affect your Surge synchronization. If you need to use your Surge to control music and you still can't see the option Bluetooth > pair on your Surge. Delete your Surge from your account and pair it as a new device and follow this steps: Why can't I control music with my Fitbit device?
