Surge Broken left button

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a 2 year old Surge that I use for running, the left button stopped working. Yes it's no longer covered by the warranty, so customer service offered 20% off on a new one.

No thank you, you lost me as a customer.

Hi there @DavidLe. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that the button on your Surge stopped working 😕

When it comes to the warranty, it covers the tracker for one year or two in the European Union but beyond that, it's not covered but Fitbit will still offer a discount in some situations as it happened with you. This is a great way for you to keep in track since you can apply this discount to any tracker that you wish.

If you have any questions about this, let me know. I'll be happy to help!
