I've had my Surge 13 months, and a crack appears on the screen. Fitbit won't help, says out of warranty and no repairs available, offering 25% off new fitbit product. Why would I want to drop another $250 on a tracker that can't be repaired...you want me to buy a new one ever year? No longer a fitbit customer!
