Hello,
I think the battery in my Surge has started to die (well, died): on the dashboard, it shows a full charge, but the device screen battery icon will quickly drop to nothing/empty (with no "Your Surge Battery Level is Low" warning from the app or web dashboard) and then just die. I have tried all the power-saving tips (disabling all-day sync, QV, BT Classic Music Control etc etc) but to no avail.
Is there a user-replaceable battery method or replacement program? Or is this failure an anomaly?
Thanks.

It is not replaceable. If still under warranty, you should contact Fitbit about a replacement Surge.

Bought it May 22nd, 2015 - over a year. 😞
I'm guessing most of these types of trackers don't have replacable batteries - seems stupid (for the end user, at least).
Thanks!
