Surge Charging Problem

My Surge constantly connects and disconnects when I am trying to charge it. I've tried to restart the Surge, but it stays connected less than 10 seconds. I'm constantly hearing the 3 and 4 beeps from my PC, letting me know a device is connected and then disconnected. Is there another way to charge my Fitbit?

It sounds like you need a new charging cable. You can get them on Amazon for $1.99 plus $1.69 shipping
