I have the Surge, love it! I wear it everyday and have had it since Jan 31, 2015. I had it on the charger and noticed the battery was dead. It turns out one of the prong on the back of the Surge that you plug the charger into is missing. Has this happened to anyone, if so will fitbit replace, repair, or give a good discount on a new product?

You can check whether you are covered by warranty via www.fitbit.com/returns
And you can contact customer support via http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs
It's worth contacting them even if you are out of warranty as they often offer a discount towards any necessary replacement that is not covered by the warranty.
