Surge Clock Won't Readjust to Correct Timezone

Hi,

I need assistance with getting my FitBit Surge to readjust to display to the correct time.  Here are the steps I have already taken:

1. Made sure I had the latest updates for the app and firmware for my FitBit as of Friday, June 8, 2018 (16.34.6.1).

2. Synced and re-synced both through the app on my phone and through the dashboard on my computer.

3. Disconnected and reconnected the bluetooth pairing.

4. Forget this device and reset the entire device.

5. Chose different time options within Central Time zone  and tried to re-sync.  I did this on my both my app and my computer dashboard.

6.  Completely shut down my watch and restarted it multiple times.

7. Read and tried recommendations within the FitBit Community Forum.

I have done these things over the course of a week after traveling to the Eastern Time Zone.  My watch synced when we traveled there, but we came home to CST, it has yet to re-sync.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Only thing I didn't see in your list was a restart

Restart Do it at least 3 times.

If that doesn't help Contact Support.  Please give them the list you posted here and add the restart

Ok thank you.  Unfortunately, restarting three times consecutively did not work.

Thank you.

The problem is solved.  For anyone having the same issues, I downloaded FitBit Connect onto my Mac and re-synced it and it changed to the correct time.

Thanks
