Anyone else having issues with their Surge Cracking at the screws? I've already had a replacement for this issue I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this issue since it's my second surge doing the same thing

There are a few people that seem to be reporting this (from my read on the boards) but pretty rare. Mine is 1 year old and has some mild wear where my sleeve rubs it all day but that is it.  Not blaming you, but wondering if you have it on tighter than recommended (shouldn't indent your skin) or your wrist is small and it is trying to bend around your wrist.  I would contact customer service again, but maybe a different device might be better for you.  The Blaze is a different style band and seems a bit smaller (although not a lot). It is much closer to the Surge (but no GPS without a connection to a phone).  Of course the Charge HR is much smaller but no GPS and no screen like the Surge.

Hope it works out for you, good luck!

I have had mine since Dec 2015, and my band has cracked and tearing from all 4 screws.
(I wear mine 24/7 and cover it with a sweat band when doing rough work like gardening and home maintenance)
I'm hoping I can send it in to have it repaired.
