Split times in app not recording properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

How come my mile split times are different between my app and the website?  My surge displays the numbers from the image on the right but when I sync to the app it shows different values.  Both images are from the very same workout.  Seems like something is very wrong.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @jasonk679288! I tried to replicate this issue but my it's showing the same information on both Dashboards. Has this happened consistently? Is there a way you can send another screenshot of another workout session to compare? What's the app version that your phone is running? I'd try syncing your tracker twice just to make sure that all the information has synced correctly.

Looking forward to your new comments.

I know I have been away from this topic for a while but this issue does seem to have been corrected in an update that came out after I initially submitted the issue.

Hello there @GeTrn and @jasonk679288! Thanks so much for taking your time. There are some things that I'd like to ask you: Please make sure you're running the latest app version. I also like to know if you already tried to compare these results using another browser. If you're using a Mac, please check if the same happens with a PC and vice versa. This will help you to determine where the discrepancy comes from. I appreciate the time you're investing to resolve this.

Looking forward to your reply!
