Why won't you at least sell me a new band. You won't replace because you don't like where I purchased it. I have a legitimate Surge and yet you screw me. I understand that I may lose some functionality, but sell me a band. Cover your long term clients. This makes me so mad I cannot stand it. The Surge was a joke and you know it.

Warranty is here and its like all other warranties. Buy a watch or similar and the same warranty applies

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @bb73. Thanks for your help @WendyB.

I'd like to clarify that Fitbit Surge doesn't have exchangeable bands, so we don't have that option. I completely understand the frustration you are feeling and I truly appreciate you took the time to share this in the Community. I assure you that we take in consideration all the input received from our users and let me tell you that our main goal is our customer satisfaction and make the best fitness trackers ever.

As @WendyB mentioned you can check the Fitbit warranty, so you can have a better understanding of the response our Support Team provided.

See you around.

All I get are excuses from FitBit. FibBit should be so embarrased that they fix it anyway they can. I am a long time customer and I have a very bad taste from fitbit. The competitors have better product, but not the following. That is why I purchased the Blaze, I like the competition with other. However, when it dies, I will go with someone else. So disappointed with fitbit and I am happy to share that with everyone I meet.

I have had both a surge and a Blaze since 2015. I have no problems with either. Both Holding up well.

I think you need to look at:

Is anything rubbing against it? Shirt sleeve?

Do you clean it? And take proper care of it?

I'm sorry but the surge is not a joke. How can they sell you a new band when its not replaceable???

Only Angry people post about the problems. But you need to look at what is going on
