Hi
I have a Surge which I love....BUT the GPS is not tracking distance correctly
It is fine and almost spot on with measured distance or friends tracking devices on a road run but when I do a trail run ( Exmoor) at the end of the run its always much less than others , sometimes as much a 2k less.
Any suggestions before I go and buy a garmin!

@Baddy Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the GPS tracking issue that your Surge has experienced.
Please restart your Surge as described in this help article.> "Other Devices". After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works and it also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
Finally, monitor your Surge and see if it tracks GPS data properly.
Hope this helps.
