Surge Incorrect Distance

My distance tracking is not working properly. For instance I have just done 45 mins at a reasonable fast pace and my fitbit says i've only done just over two miles. Any advice? Not sure what can be done!

Hi @LogicalHarm, it's nice to see you around! That's odd! How are you tracking this activity? To track distance it's best to use the option "Walk" o "Run" from your Surge, since Multisport will use the GPS information to calculate in a better way distance. Also please restart your Surge a couple of times and try it again, even if you're using the automatic recognition of activities (SmartTrack); I'm sure it will do the difference!
