Surge- Not Syncing or functioning to full capacity

My watch last synced on Saturday afternoon 5 days ago. My Surge device will not sync after resetting and checking everything on the web. I cannot access any of the programmes on my surge device other than running. If i swipe my finger over the face of the device or touch the face of the device nothing happens. Unfortunately i bought the surge in Darwin in October last year from JB HIFI and I now live in Dili, Timor Leste and rarely return to Australia. I believe that the device would still be under warrinty as we have not had them quite yet for a year although that is getting close. I am not sure if this can be fixed , I am hoping so as I use my device everyday as part of my training and training others! It is extremely frustrating for this to happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

try reboot the phone or surge or both at the same time.

my surge has similar issue these few days.
