Hi

My fitbit surge strap has failed after a year and 2 months. Fitbit does not appear to sell new straps anymore so I have tried a couple of amazon sellers but the strap with the holes doesn't fit the device. Does anyone know where I can get a new strap that fits?

There are not replacement bands for the surge. Never has been

Hi have tried a number of  straps sold on amazon/ebay only to discover that the strap with the clasp fits but the other half with the holes does not fit. Will Fitbit allow do anything?, part exchange for another model for instance
