Surge Time will not sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Despite my dashboard on my Mac & Iphone showing the correct time, my surge time will not sync correctly. I have been able to change the clock appearance etc. but the time will not sync - I have done everythins as suggested, but still no joy.

Hi @Kmorris welcome to the forums! Since your Surge is not showing the correct time, even after you made sure you have the correct time setting on your iOS devices, I suggest you to take a look of the instructions on this post to fix syncing issues on your Mac and also take a look of this post which has instructions to try it on your iPhone.

Let me know how it goes!

I got it sorted - Surge does not appear to recognise Dublin (GMT+1) as a timezone even though it is there as an option - I changed my time zone to London (GMT+1) and it is now working correctly.

Yes, I noticed that Dublin is available on the timezone options, however it is pretty weird that it is not been recognized by your Fitbit Surge. Sounds great that now it is working, but I would like you to try to set up your Surge as a new device by following the instructions in here. I just want to see if it takes the timezone setting, in this case, Dublin timezone.
