Surge band

I got my first surge on 12/25/2015 and Fitbit exchanged it for me because the band was bubbling up and the rubber was coming off. It was exchanged no problem. Well the second one is doing the same thing. There is a bubble right under the display and the rubber is coming off the strap. It hasn't been a year and this is the second time this has happened. I'm hoping it's still under warranty.
