Surge battery draining

My fitbit surge is not staying charged and I have everything turned off to ensure nothing is draining the battery. I have charged it till its full, put it on and in 10 minutes later it dies again. When i plug it back up to charge it reads full battery. I have tried to shutdown and restart and also hard reset. Is it just going bad?

Mine was that way also, maybe not as quick as yours.   I found that my all day sync was turned on and was draining it fast     Might try calling customer service ,    good luck .
