Surge battery life

 I have recently purchased a surge and as soon as I full charge it the battery instantly goes down to 3/4 charge. It doesn' even last a few hours and I've tried everything from resetting the device to turning everything off. How do I go about getting a replacement one?

Please contact support but do this steps first and let them know you already did as they will ask you too

 

Please clean the contacts

Then Do a Restart

Same happen to me a long time ago. I tried everything but the problem ramains until today.

So, after a long time not using it, I tried again and the problem still there. The battery longs for 3/4 hours maximum.
