Having purchased a surge less than 3 years ago for just under two hundred pounds the battery needs charging after about 4 hours. When I complained about it to Fitbit they basically laughed at me offering me 25% off a new Fitbit. Why would I ever purchase from them again if the original is so bad and they won't offer me any kind of replacement.
I have seen seen a lot of people have written about the same problem ? Can I ask if anyone received any better response from Fitbit

The warranty s very clear its for a year unless overseas in some area its two years.
Mine lasted 3 years until it died as well. I didn't even ask as it was out of warranty
