Surge battery malfunction

I got my surge two months ago, and it was working fine until yesterday; all of the sudden I went to check the time and it was blank. I thought it was just dead, so I charged it, and when fully charged I put it on again. Two hours later I looked at it and it was blank again! I tried re starting it about 20 times, had it charged all night and this morning it barely lasted 5 minutes before it was blank again!! Does anyone know what to do?! I need it because winter lifting and running start soon and I need to track all that!

In the hope that it's a software issue you could try the restart procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work.

 

If that doesn't fix it then it's likely to be a hardware issue and your Surge may need to be replaced under warranty. The first step in this process is to contact customer support via one of the options in this link:
