Hi, @chrisg21, have you tried a different plug or different USB port? One issue with the Surge charging cable is that it sometimes gets a little loose so the watch won't stay connected and therefore won't charge. You may be able to overcome this by placing it very carefully in a position where the cable can stay connected. Alternatively you may be able to rig something up with tape.
If none of these suggestions work, replacement charging cables are available to purchase from the Fitbit store.
If your Surge is less than one year old in most parts of the world, or less than 2 years old in Australia or Europe, this issue may be covered by warranty. In that case you should get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. They will advise you of your options.
