Hi. My son has fallen and cracked the screen in his surge. Can these be replaced?  Thanks

These screens can't be replaced. Sorry.

Oh that’s a shame. It seems to be working at this stage. Just thought I’d ask as he got it for his birthday not long ago and is devastated. Anyway, thanks for your reply.

Yes, but the excess would be more than the replacement cost.
