Surge data not syncing with Runkeeper

I have gone to settings>Apps in Runkeeper and activated fitbit app but my data is not syncing with the runkeeper app....can anybody Help?

It's nice to see you around @Timax56Please keep in mind that this is a one-way integration, meaning your Fitbit data syncs to Runkeeper but not vice versa. If you run or jog without your Fitbit tracker on, it will not be automatically recorded on your Fitbit profile. If you prefer to use RunKeeper over a Fitbit tracker, you can manually log your RunKeeper stats on the Log section of your Fitbit account.

Hi I have the same problem did you get it sorted? I've connected Fitbit on my runkeeper through the laptop but it's not syncing to the runkeeper app on my phone? I understand it's a one way system so when I upload to the Fitbit app should it not automatically sync to my runkeeper app?!

Hey you @Tracyf228, thanks for stopping by! Woman Very Happy Are you saying that you can sync Runkeeper on your laptop, but not on your Fitbit app? If you're not seeing your data on your App, try doing the following:

  • Make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date
  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

All of my 2018 runs are syncing to Runkeeper, but none of my 2017 runs are. I’ve tried deleting the Runkeeper app, closing all, resyncing, and disconnecting/reconnecting but I’m still not having any luck.
