Anyone else had the problem of the surge's band coming off?? I've had 3 surge's 2 where replacements and all of them the band started to peak off where it connected to the watch, my wife has also had one replaced and the replacement is doing the same and a friend's one is also doing the same, it's wound me up because I have spent £300 on 2 faulty items, and now because the warranty is from the original watch I'm with out one completely

Our team works constantly to improve our products and I really appreciate your feedback. Currently there are no improvements for Surge design since is a product that is out of the market.
Hopefully there are other users that can share their experience and help you out.
