Hi,
I bought a Fitbit Surge in October, 2018 from an official reseller with 1 year warranty, however, the battery stopped working in December, 2018.
The official reseller is unable to repair or replace the Fitbit Surge as it has been discounted.
What is the remedy available to me now?

If you buy from an authorised seller then you will still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty so I would contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
